1. Return Window

• You may return products purchased directly from spin360fan.com within 30 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resellers, or distributors (please contact your place of purchase directly).
• Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.
• Products missing serial numbers, labels, or proof of purchase.
• Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

• Contact us at support@spin360fan.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
• Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.
• Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.
• Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Spin360 error (wrong item or defective product).

5. Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at support@spin360fan.com.

6. Warranty vs. Returns

• This Return Policy is separate from the Spin360 Warranty.
• Returns cover “change of mind” or dissatisfaction within 30 days.
• Warranty covers product defects for up to 24 months (with registration).
