Where do the pods go?

On the grille, on top. One for a light scent, two or three for more. Oils go on the cotton pad under the cap, never on the plastic.

Can I use my own oils or diffuser?

Yes. Drops on the cotton pad, or your diffuser low beside the fan. Owners say they turn it down.

How long does a pod last?

Strongest for the first 10 days. Up to 30 days. Some owners say less.

Is it loud?

Speeds 1 to 5 are near-silent. Speeds 6 to 9 make soft white noise.

Does it cool or clean the air?

No. It is not an AC and it has no filter. It moves the air the room already has.

Safe around kids and pets?

Enclosed and flameless. Keep pods out of reach. Ask your vet before oils around birds or cats.

What if I don’t like it?

30 days after receiving it to ask for a return. We send the label. Pods are not returnable.

How to use it

Two rules. That’s the whole manual.

Three places. The well on top is for pods only. The grille around it takes dry things: lemon peel, potpourri, herbs, flowers. Oils never touch plastic: on the cotton pad under the cap, in a glass dish or on a sponge on top, or in a cup beside the fan. Diffusers, warmers, incense and citronella go low beside it.
