  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
