Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spin360 purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.

1. Return Window

  • You may return products purchased directly from spin360fan.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, resellers, or distributors (please contact your place of purchase directly).

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or modifications.

  • Products missing serial numbers, labels, or proof of purchase.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@spin360fan.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  3. Our support team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions.

  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Spin360 error (wrong item or defective product).

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us at support@spin360fan.com.

6. Warranty vs. Returns

This Return Policy is separate from the Spin360 Warranty.

  • Returns cover “change of mind” or dissatisfaction within 30 days.

  • Warranty covers product defects for up to 24 months (with registration).
