Warranty Information

Standard Warranty Coverage

All Spin360 Fans come with a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date of purchase. By registering your product online, you’ll receive an additional 12 months of coverage (for a total of 24 months).

Our warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Faulty parts or components that prevent normal use

• Electrical or mechanical failures not caused by misuse

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage)

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper setup

• Damage caused by use with incorrect voltage or power supply

• Loss or damage during shipping after the original purchase

• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs

• Removal, alteration, or defacing of product labels or serial numbers

• Use of non-approved accessories or parts

• Battery wear and tear due to normal use or age (applies to future battery-enabled products)

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, resellers, or channels outside of Spin360 or its authorized partners

Proof of Purchase & Eligibility

• Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required for all warranty claims.

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased, unless otherwise required by law.

How to File a Warranty Claim

1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form on our Support page.

2. Provide a brief description of the issue.

3. Reply to your claim confirmation email with photos or video showing the issue, along with a picture of your fan’s serial number label (if available).

Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days and contact you with next steps.

Remedies Under Warranty

If your product is found to have a defect covered by this warranty, Spin360 will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product at no cost to you,

• Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal value, or

• Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

If parts or the product are replaced, the replaced items become the property of Spin360.

Warranty Extensions

• Standard Warranty: 12 months from date of purchase

• Registered Warranty: 24 months total (12 months standard + 12 months free extension with online registration)

Legal Disclaimer

This Limited Warranty is provided by Spin360. Spin360’s responsibility under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product at Spin360’s discretion.

Spin360 is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use of this product. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Any implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited in duration to the length of this Limited Warranty, unless otherwise required by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. In those jurisdictions, these limitations may not apply to you.

This Limited Warranty does not affect any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, which may vary by country or state.

No employee, agent, dealer, or other representative of Spin360 is authorized to modify or extend this warranty.
