1. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

United States: Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International: Delivery times vary by country, generally 7–21 business days. Customs clearance may affect delivery dates.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, shipping method, and order size.
Occasionally, Spin360 may offer free shipping promotions (these will be clearly communicated at checkout).

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Please check your local customs office for details before placing your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, certain destinations may be excluded due to carrier limitations or import restrictions.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses in some regions.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping carriers are responsible for delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order.
Spin360 is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
